Our Mission

Running a youth sports club should be about the kids — not about managing spreadsheets, chasing payments, and coordinating through group texts. RosterPass exists to give coaches, managers, and parents one organized hub so everyone can focus on what matters: the game.

What We Do

RosterPass is a multi-tenant platform purpose-built for youth sports organizations. Each club gets its own branded portal with roster management, team scheduling, dues collection via Stripe, registration workflows, team communication, document e-signing, attendance tracking, a club website builder, and data exports. It works on web and mobile, so parents and coaches can stay connected from anywhere.

Privacy First

Youth sports involves sensitive data — children's information, parent contact details, and medical forms. We take this seriously. RosterPass enforces row-level security at the database level, requires parental consent for players under 13 (COPPA compliant), and gives every club full control over who can see what. Player privacy is not an afterthought — it's built into the architecture.
